What You Think About...You Will Get!

Every day I ask myself, "What am I attracting?"  What I am really asking myself is if the thoughts and feelings I am having are creating the right vibration.  The ideal answer is YES.  That is easier said than done though.  Sometimes things happen that are very hard to find a positive aspect of.  Sometimes stress just creeps up on us from out of nowhere.  That is why it is so important to be aware of what you are feeling.  The last day or so has been challenging for me as well.  I found myself thinking about bad things that could happen, or that may happen.  I had to constantly pull my thoughts back to something good.  Finally, I decided to just go insane and recite what I really want in my mind.  So for each negative thought, I would recite in my mind whatever was opposite of it.  If I thought about bills piling up, I corrected my thoughts to be about money piling up.  If I began to worry about my mother's Type 2 Diabetes, I changed my thoughts to being grateful for her continued healing.  I needed to correct my thoughts because they will cause my feelings.  Feelings of worry or sadness break my aligning vibration with the universe and causes me to attract events that match my new NEGATIVE vibration.  Whether you feel good or bad, you can control how you perceive an event or situation.  So what are my results?  Well, I came into enough money to pay all the bills that I was once so concerned about.  Also, after talking to my mom, I learned she has recently begun a new exercise and diet regimen.  I don't have to worry about these things because all will be well as long as I intend it.
